Abstract

The method of data signals jitter simulation with using clock period phase interpolation principle where the digital noise of pseudorandom sequence generator is employed as the reference noise is described. The pulse generator circuits were proposed with close to normal distribution of phase deviations and given energy spectrum. The generator time quantum is defined by digital delay line or the same delay line closed into the pulse ring oscillator circuit.
